Completed in 2017 this mountain retreat captures many of the elements Clearwater Builders has built its reputation on. Starting with an award-winning plan that Clearwater’s design team had already developed it was reworked to meet the needs of the new client. Modifications were made to fit the hillside building site. Featuring wood beams throughout the open format great room, dining, kitchen and breakfast nook gives this modern farmhouse the rustic feel the client was after Classic subway tile and a liner fireplace in the master sweet give the home a modern/retro feel that plays well with the rustic accents. Large wood sliding glass doors give you unobstructed views of the spectacular Bitterroot Mountains. From the stunning front entry, outdoor kitchen and fireplace, open floorplan to the rustic bar in the daylight basement this home invites you to experience all that western Montana has to offer.
