A wonderful project completed in 2018. Set on a local golf course the lot presented some challenges. Fitting the floor plan the client wanted required some creative design work. The end result was a comfortable open concept plan that maximized the outdoor living opportunities afforded by the location. Throughout the project the clients, designer and project manager worked to develop unique textures and materials to maximize the budget and fill every corner with custom touches.
